Week Two – Tension is Normal. Stress Is Not.

Welcome to Week Two. I hope your first week went well and you are beginning to discover some new things about how your mind, body and actions affect each other and the stress or ease you experience in your life.

This week we will dig deeper and discover the difference between tension and stress and how to work effectively with anger and other strong emotions, especially when interacting with others.  Enjoy!
