You have worked hard to build an organization that truly gets results with some strong elements for sustainability in place.

It is easy, however, at this level, to plateau, for teams to operate at a ‘good enough’ status quo level, for everyone to get a little too comfortable in old patterns that were more appropriate when your organization was smaller.

Would you like to break out of this mold?

Are you ready to grow your organization’s revenue and impact in the world?

Are you ready to develop a true CEO mindset?

Please join us for an Executive Round Table designed just for you.

We will spend our time exploring questions related to  sustainable growth for mature organizations including:

    • How can connecting to and sharing an expanded vision create the foundation required for organizational growth?
    • As CEO, what are your highest value activities to grow your organization and how do you protect your time to keep yourself sane?
    • How can you make your teams more efficient with just a few new habits on your part?
    • Are you hiring the right people in the right positions? Do they stay?  What is the secret sauce to making this happen?
    • How can you re-engage and fire up your board to take meaningful action (including fundraising) in support of the organization?

In a small group setting of eight, you will have a chance to connect with other CEOs and Executive Directors who have a desire to grow their organizations and have more impact while banishing burnout and re-invigorating organizational culture.

“It was absolutely great working with Teri.  She got me to focus on ambitious goals for the organization and a vision for what North Carolina can become.  She helped me connect the vision to the specific nuts and bolts of how to achieve it – fundraising, management and staff structure, board development – so that the vision isn’t just a concept.  She challenged me to think about things in a way that took me out of my comfort zone, which helped me grow.

By the end of 2016, many donors were responding to the call to substantially increase their support.  We are poised to have a banner year in revenue generation, land conservation and community engagement with environmental stewardship.”
